humanity
Mental health is a fundamental right; the future of humanity depends on it.
Control your mentality
Mentality or thinking in general is based on foundations and evidence within a person’s memory that is considered a reference for him in his decisions and actions, and this is what makes our mentality our hidden identity through memories or situations that we had in the past or in the present. Thus, mentality becomes the control room for the behavior of every human being. The mentality consists of a group of events and readings that enter directly and indirectly into the human mind through consciousness and the subconscious, and the most controlling behavior and behavior that results from an emotional goal of the person is the subconscious, because consciousness is most of the time controlled by human thinking. .

Reality is a complex and multifaceted concept that has been debated and explored by philosophers, scientists, and theologians throughout history. It refers to the existence of objective facts and events that exist independently of human perception, and can be observed and measured through scientific inquiry. So, I kept looking for a job, but with little experience, I kept getting rejected. Finally, I got a job at a hotel working with food. This job pays well and is really fun. The Girl in the Window
I saw the reflection of a girl in a rain-kissed window. The raindrops could have been her own tears, for her eyes were sullen and lost. She was a reflection of deeply hidden scars. Her soft cries were an echo, barely heard but closely felt. I stared at her, too afraid to turn around. Or so I thought at first. Maybe it was not fear, but captivation? I felt entranced by her sorrow. I even felt it pool within my heart and flow through my veins. Somehow, I knew that even if I could turn around, she would be gone. She was a ghost from a time long ago. She chose me in this moment that was frozen in time. I could no longer hear the ambience of traffic and chatter. I could no longer feel the chilling drops of the heavy rain. All I could do was stare into those haunted eyes.
