Turbulence and Snacks
“I just want to feel like I’m not crazy”, I told the doctor. I am clinically insane. Pretty sure. But it wasn’t the insanity I wanted to highlight, and even if a holiday to a padded cell, with all the drugs and three square meals a day sounded delightful right now, I need to learn to exist in this world, sadly.

My Emotional Turbulence 🤯
I've been in the states for what seems like years in just a few months span. I feel like I look down into the darkness of depression lately. I'm staying in Cleveland for school, and for our home. Most importantly my husband's green card.

What is?
Social psychology is the study of how a person’s behavior and even thought process is impacted by others in society. If I could research I would want to research why (especially when faced with many accounts of negative interactions with one person or a group of people expressing like behaviors) we are so quick to defend someone who exhibits Narcissism and invalidate their “victim.”

Does mediocrity choose you, or does your subconscious choose mediocrity?
At work and in life, most of the time we want to make a name for ourselves. Even in the village, we want to be respected and made to feel good. But we are sad to find that no matter how strong our subjective desire, the end result we still very mediocre, not to become their own imagination of the people, which is why? My own short life experience, combined with all the information I get from reading books, suggests that it's not just external causes and birth defects, but our own unconscious choices for mediocrity. That's the paradox. On the surface, we don't want mediocrity, but why do we subconsciously choose mediocrity? Pragmatism demands immediate results, not a long-term, illusory future. In most cases, the current optimal choice is not the historical optimal choice. The overall reason is that our vision is often not long-term, only to see now, is far from the overall best judgment. Westerners in general like to take risks and are willing to give their best without knowing the outcome, so that even if not everyone can succeed, but after all out of the local minimum range. Too much emphasis on the practical benefits also limits the breadth and depth of our thinking, making us think about the problems around us rather than the broader issues.
