Feel Free To Live Your Life
Feeling free feels amazing. I felt it a few times. Not every day. But that is fine. There were a few events in my life that happened, and that I don’t feel free, and didn’t feel free. So, I built a wall around myself. Only those I trust I will let in. Even then, I am really careful they won’t betray my trust.

How to Create Happiness
If you struggle with mental illness such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ANY mental illness, creating happiness seems impossible. I am sure someone has said to you at least once, "Why can't you just decide to be happy?" like its a choice. How have you responded to that question? How have you reacted to that question? Have you lashed out? Have you simply told the person you don't know, and if you did, you would! Or maybe you just stare blankly into their eyes as if they are the dumbest human on this planet. Who chooses to be sad and miserable? Who chooses to hate themselves? Who chooses to feel worthless and empty inside? Fucking nobody.

There are times when they might try to talk to you or share how they are feeling, but, you may treat their issues as being relatively less important to what’s going on with you in life. You might think that they are small and ignore them, but this creates a wall between you and them which gets thicker over time.

People need to interact with others to improve their mental health and creating new connections online can help immensely by relieving anxiety, stress, depression, and giving yourself a boost of joy.

Being Honest With Myself When I Dissociate Is Easier Said Than Done
Originally published on Medium 24/03/2021 I’ve learned a lot about myself since March 2020, but good grief, it’s been profoundly uncomfortable. The main lesson learned appears to be "never underestimate the depth of my own unconscious self-deception" and has led me on a quest for an identity that functions for me now. That’s definitely a work in progress.

Reality and Perception.
Often as humans, we like to believe that our reality is exactly what it is. But truthfully, reality is only what we make of it. The experiences we go through may be very real to our humanly senses, but the way that we choose to view them are very subjective in nature.
