Rodman was welcomed at the parade with open arms
Over the weekend, Dennis Rodman made a surprise appearance at Houston's Pride Parade, joining in on the celebration and showing his support for the LGBTQ+ community. African Homophobic Countries Are Attacking Rainbows Even When Used to Teach Children Colors in Schools
Sunday, 25 June 2023 By: TB Obwoge Part of the rumblings in Uganda prior to the anti-LGHTQ bill was the removal of rainbows in Ugandan classrooms. Teachers and those in opposition of the bill noted that there were repressive measures that would hinder education. This is the same in Ghana as well, where political leaders are attacking anything with the rainbow colors.
