The Rise, Fall, and Redemption of a Village Boy: A Tale of Modern Human Behavior
In a small, quiet village in India, nestled between golden fields and the whispering winds of change, lived a boy named Rajesh. Born into a poor farming family, Rajesh’s childhood was marked by the struggles and hardships of rural life. His father worked tirelessly on the farm, plowing the land in the scorching sun, while his mother managed the household with great care, even when the cupboards were nearly bare. Why Media Representation Matters . Runner-up in Represented Challenge. Top Story - September 2024.
My journey as an independant author began, at least in part, because I never saw myself represented in media. Oh, there were characters I loved, certainly. Some characters that I could relate to, a little, in one way or another.

Corona Ruined My Life
I published this a while ago on here. I had never publicly written anything and submitted it. There it was, my thoughts and feelings on my iPad screen. I felt like a proper writer, yes, me. Then I feared comments: could I take it if people laughed or hated it? Was my spelling okay? Oh God, I felt sick. The end result was, wow, I did that, and I felt and meant every word. Please read it, tell me what you think. Oh, and for the record, I am suffering from long COVID four years still after contracting it. COVID has ruined my life; I am just starting to try to walk again and snap out of my down days. It left me with severe joint pain. Memory Fog. Burred Sight. Insomnia. Psoriasis. Arthritis lots worse than before Covid) Breathing Problems. Fear of going out or people coming to my home. Depression. Anxiety. stomach trouble irritable bowels. And hairy feeling on my tongue. I am just starting to walk again. Tinitus and severe weight gain.

Reflections of Me: A Moment of Recognition
I remember the first time I caught a glimpse of myself on screen. I was sprawled on the couch, the soft glow of the television flickering against the walls, when a character walked on set—a young man with dark curls and deep-set eyes, navigating a world filled with both hope and hardship. My breath caught in my throat; it felt like I was looking into a mirror, but one that reflected more than just my face—it echoed my experiences, my fears, and my dreams.

Wealthy Mom Picked 3 Girls. AI-Generated.
Margaret Sinclair sat by the bay window of her grand estate, staring out at the vast green lawns that stretched out before her. The sunlight glimmered on the perfectly manicured garden, but it did little to lighten the heaviness in her heart. For all the riches and power that her family possessed, nothing could ease the worry that consumed her every day. Her only son, Adam, sat in his study, isolated and withdrawn from the world.
