Introduction

Yesterday, I discovered the ghazal poetry form, which you can read about here:

I like the way the final words on the second lines of the couplets can be used for emphasis.

Today (15th September) is also Agatha Christie's birthday, so for the Vocal "Masks We Wear" challenge, I thought I could combine all these for this one.

My apologies for the spoilers for anyone who does not know the stories

The music is "Behind The Mask" by Fleetwood Mac

Such an eye catching choice of photo. I didn't know her birthday was on the 15th of this month. A very clever choice for the masks we wear challenge. I have Death on the Nile. Haven't read it yet, but I am sure I will forget this spoiler by the time I get to it. Using And Then There were none for the last couplet was also clever. Signalled then ending of the poem really well. I bet writing this helped you to relive those stories and brought the enjoyment of them back to the present 🤗❤️

Good work, and there is nothing like a good mystery. I may just reread a few of the mysteries you mentioned in your poem.
