Two Thousand Years Old
And These Stones Are Still With Us

Introduction
This is inspired by the thoughts of things that have lasted from ancient times to the present day, One book I have on the subject is Julian Cope's "The Modern Antiquarian" and I also live close to a section of Hadrian's Wall and often visit the Temple of Antenocitus and the selfie for this piece is me leaning on a column there.

Got the sense of awe and history throughout
Nicely done!
First love the shirt. This to me would make a great introduction to an ancient history lesson on Hadrian's Wall or Roman culture.
This was so beautifully written! Loved your poem!
Iβm envious, I want to live a short distance from Hadrianβs wall!
