By Goto EmmanuelPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

What is poetry?TORT"

What is

What

Poetry is diverse flows

Exhibiting man's nature.

So, why poetry in tort class?

Maybe the pen will answer question.

Don't touch me

If you touch without my consent,

It's battery poetically.

Don't threaten because of my soil

If you do

I will sue for assault.

Don't disparage my poems

Never write wrong about me

Because I'm a poet

If you write wrong of me

Or base on innuendo

We will weigh for defamation.

Apprehend me not

For the car I stole not.

Stigmatize me not

If you do,

It will falls on false confinement.

Accuse me not in court

If you do

I will be victorious

And sue for malicious prosecution.

Beware of my chattel

There is a right covered,

Beware of my poems

There is a copyright beneath.

Invoke no harm on me

Even though you're servant

Cause,

I can stand for vicarious liability.

Resist non-natural users

We will not be too calm to be pierced

For tort protects man in Rylands & Fletcher

You're asked to use carefully.

Misrepresent me not

It is deceit in tort

For poet can sue.

Don't be too careless

You're duty bound

Only careful soul is reasonable.

Don't see me as your enemy

We fight to make peace -

Just to redress wrong.
