To overcome the power of night.

What came to pass, and what it would foretell,

The pit of sorrow, and where the heart then dwell,

The agony, the pain, the indwelling hell,

To rise up from where you fell,

Despite the shadows of night to fill the sky then whole,

Learn to adapt, reinforce self-control,

Despite the terrors the power of night,

To rise up, at the break of morning light,

Not to linger, nor to forever endure,

But to totally perfect, and then ensure,

To reinforce perfection, and to reject the lies,

Then to overcome, from the pit to rise...

Pain, has a way to make or break, so do not yield,

So overcome, perfect, and make it yours, to wield...
