I shall wear red.
Lipstick, nail polish, dress, shoes, bra, knickers.
All of it,
RED.
Exuberant. Brazen. Hot. Seductive. Bright. Raunchy. Sexual.
RED!
I shall Sing! Stride! Twirl! Skip!
I shall be free!
Wearing the one colour that epitomises me.
Even in bed...
Oh YES!!
(Does Winceyette come in red?)

Oh Caroline, I missed this one somehow - this is fiery and sensual all in the best ways! 🤗🔥
An explosive work of confidence and freedom! A refreshing poem that encourages us to always celebrate our individuality.
This is so saucy, sexy, and confident! I love it!!

Oooooooo! Dharrsheena would have been sooo in love with this one, red is her favourite colour!!! Congrats on honourable mention this week!!
Oooo I love the vibe you bring with this one. Giving us all the self love Valentine’s feel: fun, risky and unapologetic. All things that I love love love!! I like your list of adjectives and verbs and how they personify RED, beautifully done, clever and captivating in every way. 👌🏽👏🏽♥️🤗
Wooohooooo congratulations on your Leaderboard placement! 🎉💖🎊🎉💖🎊
❤️ it! So Bold & Fun! :))
Back to say congratulations on honourable mention
Loved it so much!!! Googled closing line word - win·cey·ette. ¦win(t)sē¦et. plural -s. : a British flannelette of cotton napped on both sides and used especially for underwear, pajamas, and house dresses. Me, thinks you could find pajamas in RED!!!
Love the vivacity lol. I don’t even like the colour and it made me want to wear it too. It belongs in a collection with the I will wear purple poem. Do you know it?
Methinks you may have mastered the sexy-cute. Lols! Help me out. Winceyette???
You had me at red, hehehehehehe. Loved your poem!
Haha! Loved this - reminded me of something Victoria Wood would’ve written. Fab.
I have my chuckle for the day. Thank you
Hahaha. It goes to show it really is the thought that counts.
So, here I am, thinking Caroline and hubby have a hot date planned, then Google ruined the mood. Well played. 🤣
Haha, this was marvellous. So, you! So, loud and proud and awesome. I had to Google Winceyette lol. Love this a lot, CJ!, Great entry.
Not for me , enjoy your red ♥️
I will celebrate Valentine's's all in red, too. Enjoy your poem of the spirit of Valentine
Nailed it.
