colors spin and grin
feeling the cost of being lost
unsure of the proper heart cure
I hate my fate when I hurt people
the ones I love and care for galore
I wince because I feel intensely for everyone in the room
I take another sip, as I grip the table
crunching chips, heart unzips
I’m so sorry, my head is as a quarry
forgive my gritty impulsivity
I can be better, hopefully you agree
Life-strife is growing up too fast
The test is knowing the right path, you might have guessed

This is beautiful and emotionally powerful! So pure ✨😊
Raw and relatable! Excellent poem!
" I take another sip, as I grip the table crunching chips, heart unzips" is my favorite rhythmic lilt. I read the room too when I walk in, and then I get to work sorting the sheep from the goats..who knew lol There's no waste in life- it's all recycled and used to create better things. 😊✨☀️
Whoa, this one spins like a kaleidoscope of raw emotions. Next time, maybe swap the chips for something less crumbly ;)
