Far across the southern land,

In a place where loves reside,

In the hands of each others desire,

No where else to confide,

Content with everything and anything,

The joy stirred from blessings from above,

All was well upon her portion,

There, with her childhood love.

But the times were surely changing,

The seasons would to come to pass,

Where death and war would consume the land,

And enemies would come, in mass,

Regardless of where she would abide,

Or the loss of all that was bestowed,
