A lovely word will stay in mind for ever
If praise or a word from heart by whom you love
The thoughts of others you can’t read however

You dress up in the new dawn with all your charm
The bright world shall see you and do you no harm
A lovely word might stay in mind for ever.

You act, you sing, you dance and play the guitar
You hold your head high - the spotlight on a star
The thoughts of others you can’t feel however
.
Your friends will say that all is fine in your life
The sun is yours - you won’t get hurt by no knife
A lovely word can stay in mind for ever
.
If doubt in room, the soul is dark and you´re down
the need of support from others – you’re no clown
The thoughts of others you can’t trust however
.
The truth can hurt, a lie be sweet much bigger
The hard way you learn and your pain the trigger
A lovely word will stay in mind but never
The trust in others you can’t buy however
