Let’s run away together

Run away

We’ll live on ramen, beer, and love

The illusion of love

Not illusion

You're drunk and don’t know my name

The illusion of drunk

Not illusion

You need to give fate more credit

Fate and love at first whiskey shot

At first sight

The illusion of fate

Trust sight

Trust sight

Tomorrow we meet for coffee and tell some lies

That's not running away

We run away after

Still trusting fate

Fate and lies

Sounds foolish

Then trust fate

Caffeinated fate

Racing hearts

Caffeinated hearts

Hearts in love at first sight

Drunk sight

We could go to my place

Coffee when we wake up

Still tomorrow

Tomorrow we love on caffeine

Then ramen, beer, and running away

And love

At sober sight.

But there was no coffee

Just echoes of last night's bullshit fate speech

And a rushed goodbye

Maybe we were tired

Maybe we had morning breath.
