I've killed a million people

I'll never appear in your courtrooms

I'm unstoppable in every way
And I have followers who help my cause,
I'm vicious and I do not care
I will never show remorse.
I take who I want, when I want
Doctors slow me down, but still,
There is no denying me
The heart attack, the drowning, the kill.
I created diseaes like malaria and cancer
So I can watch you suffer in pain,
I stand over you waiting and watching
Until I'm ready to call your name.
I get inside your head now and then
Make you overdose or get you leaping,
This is the sadistic life and mind
