The Crown Of Creation
A Poem For All Who Create
I started writing this poem in my head, not sure how I would title it, then I thought it is about how I and others create our stories and the Jefferson Airplane song โCrown of Creationโ came to mind.
It was originally going to be free form but then I thought a butterfly cinquain would help me, because although I donโt like regimentation, in poetry I feel safer with a defined form.

A Word And Then
I Wrote Another Word
I Dipped My Nib In The Inkwell
Again
Toward The Crown of Creation
My Words Filling The Page
Iโm A Poet And A
Writer
