Rain

Washes worries

There’s comfort in sadness, in grayness of the mind

There’s ease and catharsis in writing of torment or strife

Happiness is awkward

It TAKES and wants MORE

Sadness is softer, easier to make smile

It’s easy to be sad, much harder to be happy, Some fear they’ll never love again, They’ll settle for ease and sorrow, Shutting down is so easy

The world is so tiresome, Running constantly, unable to catch up, With no destination and no end in sight, Destinations alter then warp in a haze Constant shifting Clarity then obscurity adrenaline is exhausting

Ordered, complete Thinking makes the yellow of happiness feel like sand that’s too hot.
