Don't be serious. Everything will be fine!
Life is yours, don’t push yourself hard, live a life of your own accord, do your best, and do your best. All your pressure comes from wanting too much, and all your pain comes from being too serious. The boat moves forward because the oars are rowing backward. Slowness means stability, and retreat means advancement.
