The Dream That Ignited The Journey: It was just some years ago that Sarah was struggling to pay rent for a small apartment that had her drawings on the walls and dreams of being a chef. As her desire was to have her own bistro where people could enjoy every morsel of the food she had prepared so carefully with skill since her childhood, she was armed. The future seemed very cloudy, but there was one thing that Sarah never lost, and that was hope.
