A Father
A Father, The bedrock of His children, The shoulder on which the girl child rests, The source of the male child's strength, A Father, many a time a disciplinarian, Yet so loving and kind, His presence gives hope to his children, And takes all fears away from his sight, His love lays bare the feminine side of the girl child, And gives rise to the strongest, And the most diligent male child, Blessed is the woman who submits herself to him, And blessed is the one in whose world he's found, For he is an exemplary figure worthy of emulation.

Poem For The Ready
Gentlemen...forgive my wonder, there is no deceit. Forgive my joy to wander on hopeless feet. Love me anyway for things you'll never understand. I trust my own life plan. So, make your mark upon a soul, perhaps another ones, but whatever you do make yourself whole.

Just Become Selfish Because No One Cares
Are you selfless? Well, I've learned to care less. When I gave my all, when I dared, The truth hit hard - no one cared. I held on tight, to values and grace, But found myself lost, out of place. I poured out kindness, stayed so pure, Yet silence told me - nothing's sure.
