Sweet Bread in Bitter Coffee
Beau Derive Plasir
Crystal clear The image of my father A message to the one before me
Clever, and bashful Charming yet Unimpactful
One who influence Was always under Faithful relationships I saw The examples you set consistently torn asunder
A sip of coffee dosed With milk and honey Fills my head with rose tinted childhood memories Of our the little time we spent together as father and son
The early morning reminiscing leaves me to think about this question After all these years of separation have come to pass Will our sorely lacking relationship between us
As father and son really last?
