Love the dual meaning in there!
Beach is my happy place! Love your haiku! 💌
It's been so many years since I've been to the beach. I should go soon. Loved your Haiku!
oh, how I long for a summer breeze! 🩷 Great Haiku!
Longing for it too! Great haiku, Angela!
Love the haiku, and how your words creates a picture inside my head.
The haiku and the senryu are increasingly fascinating to me, so I am easy prey for this poem, but the polysemy of the last line, as Sonia points out below, lifts this one above the rabble.
I love that the last line has two meanings, depending on how you read it. A gem of a haiku!
Lovely words and perfect picture
Love some nature visuals! Awesome stuff! 😁
