Moving forward with someone else and Everything Reminds You of the Haunted Past...
He offered his hand,
And asked if I’d like to dance...
I drank up my champagne,
And asked if the offer still stands.
He held me close to his chest, and
I wavered in his arms.
Suddenly I inhaled and exhaled the scent of someone else...
I didn't know what was happening, so I said I had to go to the restroom...
I splashed my face with water,
And his facade greeted me in the mirror.
I closed my eyes and he appeared in my mind...
I guess it is time to resign from this party.
