When you aren't sure what you will write and the following comes out in a Bob Dylan voice, you have to chuckle, and maybe even laugh out loud. It changed to a womans voice along the way, and I had to pause and look it over as I was just focusing on rhyme this time.
Dawn
sing me a song
you can't go wrong
a story about a big strong
man. One who will love
me like no other, Dove
From the land above
The land of snow and ice, and of
comfort and joy
I'm not interested in a boy
And not a toy.
So sing me to sleep
you won't hear a peep
I won't sleep too deep
or wonder off to keep
my eyes open to leap
into his arms to kiss
and I won't miss
him by falling into the abyss
Thank you Sis

This is such a fun and rhythmic piece! I love how the flow takes on a life of its own, shifting voices and carrying that playful yet dreamy energy. Worthy of a chuckleβand maybe even a song! πΆπ
Awww, this was so sweet! I loved it so much!
Brilliantly expressed!!! Love it, Denise!!!
Beautiful, Denise <3
This is a lovely set of words
Sensitivity and tenderness in all their glory. A magical atmosphere that reflects the search for feminine sensitivity within a strong man. Forever your friend, without being able to speak in a feminine way. :)
You did it in my opinion this is a great love song.
