I read a poem this morning in which the author was speaking about how none of us is perfect, though some people expect us to be. I thought, how ridiculous is that? Firstly, I agree. None of us are perfect. Secondly, what if we were? What if we could reach the point where everything we do, and everything we are cannot be improved upon because we'd already reached the peak? How boring would that be? Be yourself. Live. Be happy with who you are, and never stop striving for better.

Omggg, tell about it! It's soooo annoying when some people expect us to be perfect! Like hello, are you perfect? No? Then work on that and stop telling others to be perfect! Pot calling the kettle black. So much hypocrisy! Like just let us be happy the way we are! Gosh these kinda people infuriate me so much! Loved your Senryu!

Love the combination of picture & senryu! I made quite a similar comment back in high school on my final paper in utopian literature concerning my belief that utopia &/or heaven require opportunities for continuing growth.
