Paths at Dawn

A journey through quiet choices, gentle light, and the steps that shape a life

By Life HopesPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

At dawn I stood where two roads met,

One bright with sun, one dim and wet.

The world was still; no wind was near,

Except my heartbeat, sharp and clear.

.,

I chose the track that bent away,

Where shadows danced with hints of day.

The silent trees, in gentle rows,

Leaned in to watch where hope now goes.

.,

I felt the earth beneath me breathe,

A whisper rising from the leaves:

“The roads you take, the ones you flee,

Are steps toward who you’re meant to be.”

.,

Now years have passed, and still I find

The smallest turns reshape the mind.

For every step, both brave and slow,

Builds the life we come to know—

And lights the path our dreams bestow.
