Panic Attacks

This is my experience.

By Lee BevanPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I have them when I'm feeling cold

Or when I'm feeling hot.

I can have them when I'm stressing

And have them when I'm not.

They make me tired and restless

And always full of sweat.

You're reading this to yourself

And you've had the same I bet.

Sometimes I can over react

And it feels like I could die.

Other times my emotions are strong

And I can breakdown and cry.

Sometimes I try to hide it

Try to suffer to the end.

People do want to help

'I'm here for you my friend'

They'll talk to you as best they can

They'll even hold your hand.

It's good to have that support

Someone willing to understand.

Panic attacks are very real

They scare you half to death.

But I'll tell you this for free my friend

You fight them with every breath.
