One Small Kindness

Can Change Someone's Life

By Ruth Elizabeth StiffPublished 21 days ago 1 min read
No matter who we are, we can all help someone

“Sometimes miracles

are just good people

with kind hearts.”

Kindness is often called a ’miracle’.

When a complete stranger helps us,

we often say:

“It was like a miracle when he or she helped me!”

These individuals show

the very essence

of compassion,

helping anyone in the community.

When we lend a helping hand to help our neighbour,

we don’t make a song and dance about it

because we want to support others.

Even sitting down and listening to a friend

can literally change their life.

These may seem small acts of kindness

but, to the other person,

‘it is a miracle’.

These ‘gestures’ reflect the importance

of empathy and support,

which inspires others to do the same.

One small kindness

is often remembered

for the rest of our lives.
