I know what I deserve and I should never have to beg for it

for those who refuse to fight for me I should never have to fight them to stay

I have finally put myself first and if no one else can do that for me then I guess I will be forever alone

but self-love is the best love

I am in a relationship with myself right now and I couldn’t be happier

there is no more sadness that keeps me awake at night

there is no more sadness that makes me restless

because I am content in this relationship and I know that will be together forever
