Morning on the beach.

Rise upon the break of day,

There to stay, don't dismay,

Gentle touch, scent of air,

Bold and there to dare.

Journey forward upon the land,

Rushing waves, driest sand,

Sound of scoffers, boasts of seals,

Captain turns the water wheels.

Waves to come, waves to go,

Water on the tide, to flow,

Almost there, sure retreat,

Never to yield in defeat.

The gentle touch of your hand,

Our feet that stride upon the sand,

Hearts with sure desire,

Our love that burns like fire,

A day of love, a day of rest, where our hearts would be,

A moment with you, I do delight, my love on shores of the sea...
