Accessible by your mind, but you have to believe
Mercury moves faster at a picked-up pace

While Earth takes 365
Ready to feel alive again- Ready to leave?

Speed Racer passes the baton, collectively, we grab the transit
Faster than freedom, we free-fall
Disappearing, reappearing in Mercury territory
Hot rodders, we are, zooming, zooming, zooming
But it feels like we are falling backward
You are falling backward, right?

Backward, we fall- NO, not all
It's a tricky situation
We are actually ahead, lapping Earth 3 times
But it feels like a time warp
Time slowing down, rewinding
SLOWER, slower, slower...
Sooner or later, all the kinks will iron out
Confusion, glitches in tech, breakdown in communication
However, there's no need for your concern
Disappearing means you get to finally find yourself

Close your eyes, realize all your yesteryears are present
Joy, Youth, Abundance, Love, Health
Pulsating through all of your being is WEALTH
Stealthily breathing in between layers of skin
Epidermis, dermis, hypodermos
Three layers, three levels, similar to Mercury's 3x ahead lapping
Overlapping
Pondering, thinking, on the brink...

What would it be like if you chose not to live in planetary confines
Earth-based breakdowns, setbacks, and unalignments
Human-type thoughts that lead to retirement
Retiring to a quest for vanishing
Brainwashing, self-inflicted; caught and convicted
Yet optical illusions seem to get you every time
Wanna cross the line, all the boundaries-
Horrays set by this world full of yahoos?
Wanna go backward to jump ahead, get out of your head?
Great!

Day 4 of Quitting
If this is how sobriety feels, maybe it’s better to go through life a little buzzed… this, along with other hits like, I want to kill myself, I wish I was dead, and I’m going to throw myself off a bridge have been the only thoughts on rotation these past few days. I promise myself that if, in a month, I still feel like this (‘this’ meaning despondent, full of rage, and simultaneously numb) I can go back to smoking. Until mid-February though? Nicotine is off the table.
