A poem

I change day by day

Shedding old beliefs like tired skin

I become another person

So different from what I dreamed to be

So opposite to what I expected to be

So foreign, a different version

Of what I always planned to be

Different situations and decisions

Showing me a new side of me

For life is constantly evolving

Pushing us to change

To grow and transform

So we can adopt new roles

And perform new duties

Take new responsibilities

And so I slowly become

A multitude of me

Varied and rich

For I have come to realize

That there was never

A definite version of me
