Manila: A Strange Place
A place which everything's strange to someone who has never been there before. But everything change since she decided to visit this beautiful place.
I.
A strange place,
I only knew its name.
A strange place,
I only knew since I was a kid.
A strange place,
where I've meet those strangers.
II.
In my whole life,
it's my first time here.
In my whole life,
I left my home there.
In my whole life,
I left my lil' sister.
And she's crying while
I said goodbye to them, to her.
III.
A strange place,
with strange people.
A strange community,
with the foods i didn't suit.
A strange place,
where I meet a new family.
A strange place,
where I can also be happy.
IV.
A place full of strangers.
Where I am also stranger.
A place with people who don't know me.
And people whom I also didn't know.
V.
I must not be worried.
Cause I know the true God will help me.
All over the world there is His family.
And I know I can go through this challenges in me.
VI.
A strange place yet I stay.
A strange place yet I am happy.
A strange place yet I enjoyed it.
A strange place to start with.
