Loving you

Loving you was easy, like the morning sun,

Rising soft and golden, before the day’s begun.

A warmth that lingered, steady and true,

The simplest joy I ever knew.

Loving you was gentle, like a quiet stream,

Flowing through my heart, a soothing dream.

Each word you spoke, a melody sweet,

A rhythm of life that felt complete.

Loving you was endless, like the boundless sky,

A vast expanse where my soul could fly.

No weight to bear, no walls to climb,

Just timeless love, untouched by time.

Loving you was easy, like breathing air,

So natural, so constant, always there.

And though the world may shift and sway,

Loving you still feels that way.
