They say:
"Life is a book,
and you alone can write its lines."
But a good book pulls you in,
holds you close, won’t let you go.
It sparks your mind,
challenges your soul,
and takes you places yet unknown.
Is there someone in this world
who’d truly care to read my tale?
Would they turn the pages fast,
eager to see what comes next,
what secrets hide between the lines?
What friendships will be made,
and will they stand the test of time?
Will they be strong like ancient stone,
or fade like whispers in the wind?
Will my path be smooth or steep?
Will I give up or dare to dream?
And most of all…
how long will my story last?
A hundred pages—maybe less?
Or will it end before it starts,
with just one line: "The End."
They say:

The daughter of silence
It all started when Echo was five. She kept having these nightmares where she would just fall into a dark pit, screaming insanely loud, yet no one, not even her own parents would hear her. It was terrifying. But the most horrible part was that when she'd wake up panting, her parents were nowhere to be found, just like in her dream. She'd always cry herself to sleep alone and helpless.
