Send yon farmers rancid meat

Pox riddens to wash their feet

Minister Vesria attack with words

Spike the kraken to fly like a bird

Dung bombs to drop, fields to fry

Above is an excerpt from my Castle Chronicles comedic gossip sheets. Most of the CC series is formatted (loosely) as a comedic news/scandal sheet set in a fantasy realm where the kraken (Spike) uses the castle moat as a urinal. We have Cpt Riley Strongarm of the Castle Guard, Lt. Reed R. Wright, Chef Cezer Sallud Jr., jester Lord Androlian with his tarnished bells and rancid peppers hat, along with various lords and ladies from the regent to the chambermaids. There are bombs made from kraken dung…, an elevator that became a mushroom farm (only the best kraken fertilizer used) … terrorist attacks on the tunnel of love … Affairs, vengeance, war, and mayhem.

After the 2nd I changed the name from Castle Chicanery to Castle Chronicles. These were mostly written by me a while back as comedic “group e-mails” to my compatriots in an on-line MMORPG. They were well received. There are quite a few of them.
