I can become clogged.
I might be broken.
I can be handed away.
without physically removing me.

Everything about me
My pulse
My non-stop movement
I move like a second on a clock.
I will eventually cease.
It will mean the end of you.
the end of your life in the world.
I have your life.
I'm incredibly significant.
I am capable of catching your breath.
Only when I am tired of moving.
That's who I am.
I live inside you.
With you, I can go anywhere.
I'm here now.
In you,
I am your heart.
