I learned a lot of life lessons at a young age when it came to analyzing people. Being plunged into a social pool of judgment while developing your own personality is one of the most challenging norms that humanity has naturally become accustomed to. The harshest of lessons I would personally consider having learned is determining how to relay a message from the heart when you are prone to the ridicule, misguided ignorance, and judgement from someone you deeply care about. That lack in depth of empathy to process your relayed emotions is a kick to the chest when fallen of deaf ears. Though to take life as it is with a large spoonful of salt and a tall glass of optimism, I learned that there is a choice in response in every interaction. It led me on a quest throughout my childhood and teenage years for a deeply empathetic human being. Someone who has been repeatedly crushed internally from the rejection, betrayal, abuse, manipulation, sabotage, ridicule, and or prejudice of the environment that they were raised in. Someone who was born into a world that they feel is destined to end someday, yet the hope in their heart to extend the unending kindness to others keeps them tethered to this world.

Hope; a feeling of trust. A feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. A want for something to happen or be the case of. Faith; complete trust or confidence in someone or something. There are many of us in society walking that thin line between empathy and apathy. Having hope behind the people in our lives and being able to truly relate to us is what gives someone the faith to socialize with the ones they hold dear and favorable to them. Modern human communication is flawed in that regard by glancing over the subtle, yet crucial importance of body language. Imagine keeping hope in connecting with people while losing faith in humanity. Or the opposite of that, keeping faith in humanity while losing hope in the people around you. Each philosophy is causing some level of disillusion towards yourself. Connecting on a deeper level to even one person, has been downplayed on multiple levels to be taken for granted as we grow into older versions of our former broken innocence.
