Hello friend
We may not
Talk everyday
And that’s okay
Life isn’t always
Meant to be
That way.

Hello friend
Know that
I am here
No matter the time
Of night or day.
But sometimes if
You listen to the
Silence you may
Here the echo
Of a prayer.

Hello friend
I see your pain
Even though you
May try to hide it
Because the eyes
Cannot lie
And I want you
To know you
Can lean
On me
In those hard
To breathe moments.

Hello friend
I’m here
In the moments
Of great joy
And the ones
Of heart wrenching
Pain
And everything
In between.

Beautiful and delightful poem. Friendship is a beautiful thing. There is an old saying, A friend in need is a friend indeed. And we all have a friend in Jesus. Beautifully written Michelle.
