Monsoon season is alive and well.

The Devils in the dust as it darkens the sky around me.

Each little speck a vicious sting against my face;

Leaving the crunchy taste of dirt on my tongue, in my teeth as I seek cover.

Hundreds of pieces pelting the windows with rhythmic chaos.

But don’t despair, I can smell the rain behind it.
