Foreign Country

Entering

the dating world

is like entering

a foreign country.

The language

of romance is

a foreign language

to carefully study

and master.

Travelling around

the dating world

is an exciting

and exhausting trip

to a foreign country.

I’m learning about

a brand new culture

that I know

very little about,

and it’s difficult

to adapt to.

Visiting

the dating world

is like visiting

a foreign country.

The world

I’ve sojourned to

is a puzzling world,

but I’ll feel at home

before I know it!

The dating world

is a foreign country

to vacation to,

but there’s so much

to discover

and learn about!

Slowly but surely,

I’ll memorize

this complex map

with all the street names and numbers,

cities,

towns,

islands,

and provinces

of the dating world.

With time,

I’ll master

the grammar,

vocabulary,

and alphabet

of romance and love.
