Fear Is A Four Letter Word
For A Mini Challenge From Real Poetic

Real Poetic has set a min challenge to write a poem about your greatest fear. You can read about it here.
This is also an excuse to include John Cale's "Fear (Is A Man's Best Friend)" as well.
😈⚔️🕷️🔪👿
My Greatest Fear Is Loss Of Control
When I'm Up A Height I Fear The Fall
John Cale Says Fear Is A Man's Best Friend
Will I Think That When I Meet My End?
🔪
Some Dark Creature, A Very Shark Knife
Hides In The Shadows To Take My Life
On A Sinking Ship, Frozen Sea
These Are Some Things That Cause Fear In Me
🔪
To See My Loved Ones Being Threatened
That Would Hurt Me If I Can Help Them
To Be Trapped In A Cave, Underground
Running Out Of Air, Not To Be Found
🔪
These Are The Things That Scare Me So Much
But I Will Face Them, I Have The Touch

Nicely done, Mike.
A great mish mash of fear to be conquered. Well done.
I love your ending so much! You're so courageous! Loved your poem!
Threats to those we love..., the rest can be handled & faced, but threats to them I cannot prevent cause my brain & heart to short-circuit.
