Love Poem

Everything is blue

Waiting for you

Don’t know what to do

Don’t know when you’re due

Sipping Mountain Dew

Come, give me a clue

I want to be true

Why are you so mean?

I’m not a machine

Give me back my routine

I thought I was your queen

I’m not trying to cause a scene

It’s all out there on the screen

Things we’re better when we were sixteen

There goes a white young dove

Sitting on my glove

She’s looking up above

She’s the found the love

Knowing what’s hereof

We push to shove

The spark is thereof
