I waited on Giles Brandreth once. He was so posh he looked like he was eating lobster even though he wasn't. I wouldn't have served him entrails, though, he was not a bad stick.
I've waited on 'important' people before...some nice, some fake. I would've loved to serve entrails to the assholes. Priceless. Great one!!!
Poor table manners, let alone poor basic common courtesy should be thoroughly looked down upon. Revenge is a dish best served shitty.
