Looking out on the James,
A night in Rockett's Landing,
Is not the same,
Boats sail,
Down the bend,
Nights there,
Never end,
Looking out from the patio,
Lights along the river,
They grow brighter,
They grow bigger,
There are restaurants all around,
As you look at this great part of town,
This is the best that Richmond displays,
They joy and happiness,
It can relay,
Here at Rocketts Landing
Time spent there will be outstanding.
