Doing
Photo by Eden Constantino on Unsplash

What doing may do to me,

Is something thought cannot reveal.

A deal of giving for the right to be,

And the spirit to want to feel.

*

A concept so recognized and known,

Yet undone when it comes to doing.

Yet, never will results be shown,

Unless the heart creates a brewing.

*

For worlds go on like never-ending,

Regardless of the receivers receiving.

And love and hate forever sending,

Though hearts and minds may be leaving.

*

Lucky is the soul, awoken,

To life before it withers away.

And work be done complete or broken,

For only passion can build a day.
