Well I got out my chainsaw to take down some money trees

Yea, I got out my chainsaw, to take down some money trees

I got out my chainsaw, 'cause the money trees belong to me

That's right, you don't get nothin' 'cause your nothin' belongs to me

I'm cuttin' and shuttin', slicin' and dicin' everything's gotta go

I make my own rules hear, 'cause I run my own damn show

Well, I got out my chainsaw baby ain't nobody sayin' no

I can shake it and break it and grind it and vroom it 'til dawn

I got my chainsaw darlin' with my black MAGA cap on

Yea, I got out my chainsaw, to take down some money trees

I got out my chainsaw, 'cause the money trees belong to me

That's right, you don't get nothin' 'cause your nothin' belongs to me

''I am the owner of the property. Once you cut them down, collect the money and bring it to me. I will reward you well for your effort with some hazelnuts." I enjoyed it immensely. An interesting depiction of a pleasant mood.

I love this! I especially love the first four lines, which lays down the rhythm for it. I like the repetition. To the best of my recollection, this is the first time I've read something where the "song lyrics" tag makes sense to me! Great to have you serenading us! ⚡💙⚡

  • As I was reading this, I thought that it sounded like someone I loathe to know. Then you mentioned MAGA hats. Yep, guess I was right. A powerfully apt critique of the current madness that has seemed to take over the world.

  • I don't really get the context but it seemed funny to me, lol

you did make this act of idocy part of a catchy tune--- obviously money does not make a person stable or act with gratitude-- the insecurity revealed in such stunts - or is it arrogance and mockery of others-- is embarrassing to behold. I know America is better than this sort of clown show.

I'm not going to argue whether the cuts to the federal government are necessary/ being handled correctly...... however, prancing round on stage wielding a chainsaw and laughing at people losing their jobs makes you an absolute ****. Well done - this was fab.
