The Monarch's wings spread out to welcome the sun.

Celebrating success over trials won.

Its color schemes emit the feeling of ease,

as her feet dance upon soft petals.

But no one sees the struggle previously;

fear and pain, the Caterpillar must defeat.

Secrets haunt her steps, but the quest to thrive, fuels the need to keep her dream alive.

So she waits there, patiently.

The Caterpillar hides her wings deep inside; dreaming one day of her time to fly.

Staying hungry with the desire to learn, and wonders how she will ever earn - a different shape; and in another place...

Her feet long to dance on soft petals.

The Butterly knows, no two are the same.

Uniqueness is found, as the wind abounds;

so she takes her flight under the pale moonlight, with her feet dipped in sweet nectar.

The Caterpillar fears her best falls short.

Predators surround to tear her down, so she spins her silk and innocence is lost;

but she waits there, patiently.

The Caterpillar hides her wings deep inside; dreaming one day of her time to fly.

Staying hungry with the desire to learn, and wonders how she will ever earn - a different shape; and in another place...

Her feet long to dance on soft petals.
