Cycles of Colour
blue | green | yellow | orange | red | pink | indigo

Change, it’s as simple as a quick rotation , flip the thoughts and there is graduation
Blue
feels cool, as a salty taste of ocean reveals underwater forests of seaweed
green
as the freshly cut grass with the sunshine burning its newly exposed tips
yellow
bananas curves boldly onto themselves, hugging in the fruit bowl a zesty
orange
the flickering flame that licks the metal, heating its elemental core till it turns
red
and juicy the lipgloss stained mouth awaits a stolen kiss, leaving soft cheeks blushing
pink
the painful mark left on grazed skin, stained with humiliation and a bruise turning
indigo
sky pulls its bedsheets across the wounded lovers, stomachs full on fruit, as they say good night to the ocean, sunshine, grass and fire
As another day begins it’s gentle winding down , to the kaleidoscope of colours cyclically coming round
