Couched & Crouched
Social Misfit
Oh how I despise thee ... So many ways
I despise thee 'neath luminosity or shining suns rays
I despise thee as a virulent germ set to wipe out humanity
I despise thee as a venal piece of offal reeking of insanity
I despise thee as a vermin-ridden rodent spreading disease
I despise thee as a lying hypocrite quick on his knees
Oh how I despise thee ... So many whys
I despise your constant whining, your never ending sighs
I despise the way you laugh at others troubles
I despise the way you snort, your nose blowing bubbles
I despise you because you think you're better than the rest
I despise the way you think all others are merely a jest
You sit there on your couch pigging out on snacks
Gleefully pounding out insults you think others do lack
Like a spider you spin webs of malice, hatred, deceit
Thinking anonymous websites make you so discreet
You cruise social media looking for people to cut down
Not a shred of sympathy for suffering persons in city or town
You think you know it all because Mommy said you were smart
You know no more empathy than a rank liquid shart
So get up from your couch, you silly vain fat fake
Put down your cell phone, drop the Little Debbie cake
Quit hiding behind anonymity of electronic screen
Open your door, look at the real world, make yourself seen
Try to care for another ... maybe just one time
At least look them in the face when you drop an insulting dime
